Yeah that seems totally wrong for you. I would guess Blue or Red?

Since it was asking for how I was as a child, it gave the wrong reflection. I was a rather... complex and difficult child. Granted, I was difficult to raise, but when I say complex and difficult I mean that my external behaviors and drives were driven by internal things that were very different from one would expect.

For example, fun and excitement was definitely a priority for me when I was a child. Why? Well, of course fun was good in itself, and I needed a lot of exciting stimulation to bleed out the energy, but it was more. It was a venue to prove myself and my worth in a loose context. It allowed me to have access to situations that I could run and control on my own. I could create things that I was able to understand, since I largely didn't "get" the average world around me. I was very adverse to challenges or things where I had to externally prove my worth, because I was SO afraid of doing it wrong, not being good enough, or failing. It was just paralyzing perfectionism really. By doing things fun things could be subjective and lighthearted, while still being able to show my "worth" to others.

I also had a lot of energy that for the life of me I could not channel correctly. I needed to be constantly stimulated, but if I had to sit still for too long to get to that point I would get annoyed. I also hated work. As silly as it is, I saw it as an inefficiency. All I could see was the end product, and I would get annoyed over the idea that stuff had to be done to get there "why can't we just get to the good stuff?!", so I would be constantly trying to fruitlessly reinvent the wheel to get to the end as fast as possible to minimize work. In essence, I wanted to make an infinite impropability drive for life, so I could avoid all of the hyperspace mucking that I saw as inefficient. This made me seem like I was disorganized, unfocused, and unmotivated. I've always been driven, I just channeled it completely wrong.

Finally, I was (and still am) rather emotionally sensitive and volatile. It doesn't take much to throw me off. I HATE this about myself, and in my adult life I am constantly fighting against it (and for the most part do ok with it). Nevertheless, because I was so internally intolerant to failures, not being the best/#1, not being a natural at something, I completed wilted to any authority (even peer authority) that informed me I failed, or did something wrong, or was just wrong for my exsistance. It was such a painful experience that I avoided challenges for a long time unless I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt I could ace it, or it truly didn't matter.

if it was seen in a positive, healthy way, then yes, I agree with you. This is, what I guess, the description is describing, a healthy person. That can be associated with the type you picked.

I'm not sure what you're saying....the negative INFP traits (under stress) don't match what I was saying sounds ISFJ about that blue description. Those aspects point to a security seeking that is markedly SJ mentality. Some of it is positive, sure, but it's not the strengths of a typical INFP, which tends to be more about creativity and idealistic pursuits.

The INFP negatives you list is someone being openly aggressive and critical, and no, that doesn't get discussed as much for INFPs. ISFJs are more manipulative and paranoid when stressed (inferior Ne). This blue description hints more at that, IMO.
