By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: ENFP

But shouldn't the fact my Fi is higher then my Ne mean I'm a INFP?
But it is decided by the relative strengths of the other functions as well. For instance, Te is above Si and Ti is over Se. Everything else is out of place, but that is probably how that is determined. For me, Ne was above Ti, yet I still came out INTP, because the other functions were in more in an introverted order. And that's very accurate, because Ne does seem the strongest, though the role is still supporting.

Yeah, over on INTPc, there's a whole thread like this, and you see that a lot; Fe unused, even as low as 10%.

I had long suspected I used both types of Thinking frequently, and this test supports that. Too bad Te Ti Si Ne doesn't correspond to any of the types...

EDIT: I'm slightly confused. Can anyone tell me about what my results mean? I can kind of see why it called me an ISTJ, but I don't seem to use my Se at all.

ISTJ prefers Si, not Se, and Si is high up there in your scores as well, while Se is low, matching what you said. Also, Ne is fairly high, while Ni is lower, so that would be more of an ISTJ than INTJ.
The test shows the strengths of the functions; not necessarily what role they fall in (which is the order the actual types are based on). If you're really a TJ, with Te as your natural preference, then Ti is what would be called an "active shadow". (this is based on 8-function theory, where the last four are the "shadows', not the inferior). Ti is the I-TJ's "critical parent/discovery". elfinchilde over on MBTI Spam Pudding could break it all down for you as to how this plays out; if she's still doing the "dissections" based on this test.

introverted Feeling (Fi) ****************************************** (42.9)
introverted Intuiting (Ni) *************************************** (39.8)
extraverted Feeling (Fe) *********************************** (35.7)

I've tried it later too, but I manage to score ENFJ for some reason..

Ah, ye good olde manipulation, works every time. Let's manipulate the masses together.
I was afraid for a second there that someone had switched my brain without me noticing.. but I do feel the Fi is a bit too high.

I guess more Fi is ok, because it is your only primary function you are aware of. N is something that comes out of the unconsious and what is no way to make a decision with, while F is.

Take my results, i.e. . Same problem there:
