Hey guys,

I will probably find some better material as soon as I have a little time. Well actually I have time today but I'm not sure i'm willing to sit in front of the computer.

The test maker has quite an interesting approach to the whole subject. Very methodical and takes pain to question and refresh old concepts while not going overboard with innovation. I believe in innovation don't take me wrong but phychometrics are not exactly hard science so too much variation ends up in risking a complete decorrelation between the study and the object its' supposed to study. Personal development is something I have put quite alot of thought into as I had to question the application of my own ethics to my long term development to regain congruence. Anyway here you go!!!! :happy2:

It's quite short, actually I do kind of wonder if the test is complete.

Integrity 2.20
Moderate: A score between 2.00 and 3.00 indicates that behaviors like fairness, responsibility, and dependability are given some value. Although individuals who score in this range are likely to be able to maintain close relationships, when under duress or subjected to temptation, they are are more likely than people with higher scores to act in ways that have negative effects on others.

Perseverance 2.20
Moderate: A score between 2.00 and 3.00 indicates a moderate level of the propensity to persist. Individuals who score in this range are likely to persist—even over relatively long periods of time—as long as doing so involves no more than a moderate level of challenge or adversity. They are more likely to persist when failure is associated with negative consequences.

Openness to Experience 3.40
High: A score between 3.00 and 4.00 indicates a high level of openness to learning. Individuals who score in this range are likely to pursue learning in a variety of conventional and unconventional contexts and in a range of subject or skill areas. When learning crosses disciplines, goes deep, and involves critical reflection, transformative development—of the kind that spawns innovation—is possible.

High: A score between 3.00 and 4.00 indicates a high level of comfort with challenging situations. Individuals who score in this range are likely to volunteer to tackle challenging problems and to take pleasure in the process.

Levels of Emotional Awareness 2.00
Low: A score between 1.00 and 2.00 indicates a low level of emotional awareness. Individuals who score in this range are likely to be out of touch with their own and other's emotional states and are more likely that those who score higher on this scale to experience emotional outbursts, some of which may be destructive, especially if they are emotionally intense.
Moderate: A score between 2.00 and 3.00 indicates a moderate level of emotional awareness. Individuals who score in this range are likely to be aware of their own and other's basic emotional states, and are more likely that those who score lower on this scale to be able to keep potentially destructive emotions under control, even if they are emotionally intense.
