Like Senza's description, this one disregarded all the times that I marked that I don't care about details and working hard, and don't want anyone telling me what to do I'd say this description is about half accurate, and I still have no clue what type it would match up to.

    Candid Curator

Luna, as the "Candid Curator", you are likely outgoing, yet maintain an analytical and grounded disposition. People are often impressed by your warm, empathetic nature and charisma. You develop friends easily and tend to be optimistic, avoiding conflict where possible. You especially thrive in social situations where you feel comfortable and connected to those around you. You enjoy talking about your points of interest, impressing others with your knowledge of facts and supporting your arguments with information and details. Socially, and in your workplace, you thrive in stable, organized environments and enjoy being around people.

You may be viewed as talented, creative, artistic, or philosophical. By nature, you are sensitive to things others may miss, as you see the details and finer points, and have the ability to articulate them. You enjoy solving problems, completing the things you start, being in control of yourself and surroundings, and keeping your personal space organized just for you. A perfectionist by nature, you strongly value a job done "right", including the time to do tasks at your own pace. You appreciate neatness, systems and clear focus with a tendency to be a quality oriented and hard working person with a strong desire to be recognized for your work.

By combining intuitive, logical and analytical skills with social skills, you have a great deal going for you. You may find success in creative endeavors, where you can utilize your precision, discerning eye, and creative thinking. You value positive relationships and are a trusting and trustworthy person. Both determined and stable, you hold strong personal values, while maintaining an open attitude to other's ideas. People are likely drawn to your energetic optimism and enthusiasm. Guided by your desire for excellence, you have the ability to inspire others and create an atmosphere that is fun and exciting.

    Food for Thought

•You are a very trusting person, wanting to see the good in others and for them to see the same in you. As a result, you may extend yourself generously, sometimes opening yourself up to be taken advantage of.

•Because of your high standards and attention to detail, you may tend to be critical of yourself and perhaps others.

•Your communication style in general, especially in times of pressure or conflict, can be overly tolerant. You may find yourself letting others overstep your very particular boundaries as to not offend or alienate anyone. This can create additional stress in your life.

•Because of your high personal standards and desire for recognition, you may be concerned with other's perceptions of you and take it very personally when criticized.

•You may tend to feel guilty when spending time enjoying life because you are always aware of what you "should" be doing. On the flip side, while working, you wish you were playing. Be aware of this tendency and consider implementing lists and scheduling your time. This way you can turn your attention to fully doing whatever you are doing without the guilt.

•Because you can be both relationship and task oriented, you may at time experience a conflict between these two areas. You strive to have a balance between work and play.

Edit: Answered a little differently and got The Spin Doctor. That one's a lot closer I think I'm also a pretty even blend of Sanguine, Phlegmatic and Choleric by temperament so maybe that is making this test so tricky to take. I could answer these questions in about 50 different ways that are still accurate...

    Master Archer
Jade, as the "Master Archer", there is rarely a task you undertake without thoughtful planning and careful execution. You are even-tempered, competent, and hold high standards for yourself and others. With your level of diligence, steadiness, and talent for both creating and maintaining systems, you have the ability to rise to expert status. You tend to evaluate decisions slowly, based upon logic and facts, remaining sensitive to the needs of those around you. Using a rational and systematic approach, you like to do things right the first time and follow projects through to the end.

You excel at building solid relationships and maintaining a stable and peaceful environment. While generally reserved, you are most sociable in personal, low-pressure situations where you feel comfortable and connected to those around you. Once you form a bond with another person, you have no problem talking about personal subjects and extending trust. You will take the time to build solid relationships slowly, choosing your friends wisely.

Others experience you as organized, neighborly, and rationally minded. With a keen eye for detail, you may be quite creative or philosophical. You tend to avoid conflict and confrontation, and try to maintain positive and peaceful environments. You are likely a good listener and a stable friend, doing exemplary work, while diligently nourishing your relationships.

    Food for Thought

•Your communication style in general, especially in times of pressure or conflict, can be overly tolerant. Your need to maintain positive relationships, may lead you to undervalue your own needs, time, and personal goals. This can create additional stress in your life.

•You likely fear and avoid conflict, which may prevent you from setting appropriate boundaries and expressing your own needs and wants. If you don't express your own needs, you may feel resentment. At times, you may need to make a concerted effort to stand your ground.

•You feel most comfortable when your world feels steady, stable, and orderly. This can lead to a resistance to change and a feeling of discomfort or loss of control in moments of change or chaos.

•Because you are able to multitask well, you often take on too much. Be aware of your limits and learn to delegate responsibility. Trusting others and seeking out their strengths may relieve a lot of pressure in your life. Sometimes it's even okay to say no.

You will take your time to gather all the information to make decisions. If you are unable to gather this information, you may struggle with decision-making. At times, you may have to push yourself to be more spontaneous or go with your "gut" instincts.

•You may show love, affection, and dedication through tasks, precision, and quality of work and want to be acknowledged for it as such. Likely, you also want to be shown love in a similar way that you show it. You may be frustrated around a more emotive style, as they will show and need to be shown love through affections and personal attention.

    ----------------

The bolded section is extremely accurate. I continue to struggle with making quick decisions if lack sufficient knowledge of the situation (which to me is usually every possible bit of data).

However, with the exception of the last two bullet points (and also the second one somewhat), the "Food for Thought" section is pretty innaccurate. I'm terrible at multi-tasking, find it very easy to say No, and naturally set boundaries/"stand my ground" in group situations.

This does sound like me at work, for the most part. I might be a little moodier & less organized/structured. I'm really not practical.....way too idealistic for that.

Here's that Tony Robbins version of the DISC test that I found to be so good: You get two long PDFs with specific information based on your scores not just in DISC but in seven areas of focus.

I got curious creator, same as senza. It describes my work persona, I guess. Actually certain aspects are more accurate in description than MBTI. Unfortunately other parts are slightly off the mark.

^Yeah, I got Master Archer, which is accurate in some respects (I think the description/questions tied a lot more into enneagram aspects of myself than mbti aspects), but overemphasizes other things that I don't think are super applicable to me. I don't think I am nearly as passive as the description lays out, or too adverse to change (in fact I need change and get totally bored if things become too routine/predictable), but due to my introversion and frankly my lack of a desire to be in the spotlight or need to be the one who's in charge of everything, that's why I got the results I did. Also, several of the 'food for thought' items were off the mark. So it's not totally inaccurate, just a little extreme.

How many types are there? (EDIT: just looked it up. 41 possibilities)

    Here's mine:

    Charismatic Counselor
PB, as the "Charismatic Counselor", people are often impressed by your charisma, warm, empathetic nature, and understanding. You show casual poise in social situations and are perceived as patient and a good listener. There is an essence about you that puts others at ease, allowing them to open up to you and even look to you for guidance. At the same time, you're a natural born communicator and an adept social navigator. Where often others will sit by, you will engage new people or invite others in to make them feel at home. You especially thrive in personal, low-pressure situations where you can feel truly connected to and acknowledged by those around you.

You are neighborly, open-minded and able to see the 'best' in others. Once you form a bond with another person, you have no problem talking about personal subjects and extending trust, proving yourself to be a solid friend to many. At work, you are most content when utilizing your interpersonal skills, creativity, and optimism in a supportive context. Your enthusiasm can motivate others, bringing life to a project. Using your positive people skills, you can bring unity to groups and between individuals. You may find yourself in the role of counselor or peacemaker.

You genuinely care for others and will go out of your way for them, especially friends. Most likely impulsive, you live in the moment and search out new experiences. Probably seen as trustworthy and relationship-oriented, people are drawn to your energetic optimism and enthusiasm. Being both persuasive and talkative, others likely want to hear what you have to say. You can be a very positive and encouraging force in others' lives, with the ability to focus on the bright side rather than the obstacles in the way.

This makes me sound very Fe'ish I think. I see this closer to what enneagram tritype says ... and I don't see myself quite as friendly as this description lol, although I do see myself in this in a way that "INFP" fails to capture this aspect of my personality.
