Such Irony, as the "Master Archer", there is rarely a task you undertake without thoughtful planning and careful execution. You are even-tempered, competent, and hold high standards for yourself and others. With your level of diligence, steadiness, and talent for both creating and maintaining systems, you have the ability to rise to expert status. You tend to evaluate decisions slowly, based upon logic and facts, remaining sensitive to the needs of those around you. Using a rational and systematic approach, you like to do things right the first time and follow projects through to the end.

You excel at building solid relationships and maintaining a stable and peaceful environment. You are likely a good listener and a stable friend, doing exemplary work, while diligently nourishing your relationships.

•Because you are able to multitask well, you often take on too much. Be aware of your limits and learn to delegate responsibility. Trusting others and seeking out their strengths may relieve a lot of pressure in your life. Sometimes it's even okay to say no.

•You will take your time to gather all the information to make decisions. If you are unable to gather this information, you may struggle with decision-making. At times, you may have to push yourself to be more spontaneous or go with your "gut" instincts.

•You may show love, affection, and dedication through tasks, precision, and quality of work and want to be acknowledged for it as such. Likely, you also want to be shown love in a similar way that you show it. You may be frustrated around a more emotive style, as they will show and need to be shown love through affections and personal attention.

They sure know how to name a type. PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWERZZZZZ!

A minor detail, I don't need orderly environments to do well. As long as I'm able to maintain my mental space and order, the world could be falling apart around me and I wouldn't really care, and I even thrive in environments where things are constantly changing.

I'm honestly not sure where they're getting this from. I consistently said that I was disorganised, inept with detail, and generally poor at following through and finishing things. It looks like they picked the opposite of all of that and ran with it. And then they had the gall to ask: "Does this profile seem pretty accurate? We really hope so, since we’re using a system that’s been refinined for over 80 years!"

Yes, clearly they've been doing a lot of "refinining."

    Anyway, RESULTS are below:

    Curious Creator

Senza as the Curious Creator, you are logical and analytical; yet dynamically synthesize strong social skills, creativity and an empathetic outlook. This combination of intuition and logical faculties allows you to utilize facts and attend to details all the while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. This pairing is both rare and potent.

Since you have the able to focus on projects and details, you may be able to achieve a high level of excellence in your areas of interest. You tend to avoid conflict and confrontation, and try to maintain positive and peaceful environments. By combining intuitive, logical and analytical skills with social skills, you have a great deal going for you. You may find success in areas of creativity, where you can utilize your precision, discerning eye, high standards, and problem solving abilities.

I think these are MBTI descriptions in disguise.
DISC has its roots in the Galen Temperaments.

    Choleric
    Sanguine
    Melancholic
    Phlegmatic

You can retake the quiz on another day. It's merely a snapshot in time of your answers. By making a slight alteration in your answers, while still being true, you'll get a different result. I've taken it twice and got two different results, which doesn't surprise me:

    Lion-Hearted Leader
    Architect of Worlds

Just because you get one result, doesn't mean it's the only result that may be true.

    I'm Choleric-Sanguine-Melancholy.
What if this particular quiz is designed to pick up on traits from two temperaments, rather than three?
The point is, if I combine aspects of both of my results on this quiz, it's much more accurate than using just one.

If you check the temperament test in the thread that Highlander created, you'll quickly see that just because people may share the same MBTI type, (or shall I say alleged type) doesn't mean they'll share the same blend of Galen temperaments or get the same DISC result.

    Highlander's thread:

I'm another Spin Doctor (I do beleive I have some of thier music somewhere! )... it's not my fault that everything is awesome and worth being enthusiastic about... and optimistic about

and as a note on Galen's Tempraments, I've always been primarily Sanguine, with a dash of Choleric and an even smaller dash of Phlematic (which I think are Sunday afternoons )
