What does it mean exactly to be neurotypical? My brain is normal?
Not exactly... more that you posess a preponderance of traits which are typical of non-Aspergers people and untypical of Aspergers people. Neurotypicality doesn't exactly represent normality (in the sense you presumably mean it) so much as one side of a dichotomy of functioning and behaviour of which Aspergers represents the other. I would say that if you score significantly higher or lower than the average person in particular neurotypical traits, or very high or low overall, you're definitively not normal in the sense that you deviate to a significant degree from the normative neurotypical values - but that this, whatever it actually represents, has nothing to do with you having Aspergers.
