Talent: Diplomacy Centered

Learning: Relationship/Authority Centered

Self-Leadership Style: Authenticity

Overall, Catalyst (NF/Idealist/Blue) temperament. Like duh!

It said my second highest was Theorist (NT).

However, I noted that on Learning Style I'm actually tied for Catalyst and Stabilizer (NF/SJ).

Career/job is one area of life where I'm hands-down focused on the job itself - i.e. I don't go to work expecting that it's going to be warm and fuzzy and relationship-centered, so my 'style' at work isn't really focused or concerned with relationship-building, even though I think I'm highly diplomatic and communication has been cited as my strength. I'm really just focused on excelling at the job itself - results-driven. So consequently...

Temperament Pattern rated highest = Theorizer, Second-highest =Improviser
Talent = Tactical / Strategic
Learning = Knowledge / Impact
Leadership = Expertise / Stability

(The only weird and possibly inaccurate thing about the above is that Tactical was highest for Talent - I don't really think that's the case. I think it's only ranked that way because I DO like variety on the job and become bored when things become too routine. I need to constantly have something new that I'm working towards and trying to accomplish. Ideally, a challenging project with an end date, and after that, a new initiative to work towards. Not a neverending supply of the same thing day in and day out, with no end in sight.)

BTW, did you know that 'tactical skills' is kinda considered second to 'strategic skills' in the corporate world? Strategists are basically the 'C level execs' and 'tacticians' are the middle to upper middle management that executes the day to day. Boo! Tacticians basically carry out the larger initiatives set out by strategists. You NT snobs!!! :mad:

But yeah, 'tactical skills' was what I ranked highest in.

Tactical Skill Set

Read the current context, the situation, and skillfully mange that situation
Effect a desired result, often coming up with a variety of solutions
Take action according to the needs of the moment and plan the next move
Cleverly display, compose, and perform with attention to impact and effect
Best environment to nurture this skill set:

Freedom to respond to the needs of the moment
Variety and quick response are appreciated
Opportunities to take action and have impact

Temperament was NF first, then SP second. SP does sound like me, especially at work. I like to wing it.
