It's interesting how my 1 and 2 are so dissimilar, but it seems like another variation of what's basically a recurring occurrence in a lot of results culled from these tests. Anyone have any beef/whatevs?

As far as I know, Belbin is a team management tool. We used at university at one of the team projects I was working on.

Took it in a rush. Didn't understand the conscientious/diligent dichotomy.

Irl, I do ping pong a lot between being the loner of the team and taking control of it. :shrug:
