Your score shows a moderately high score on the 'D'
spectrum. The comments below highlight some of the traits
specific to just your unique score.
    • You always prefer to be in control, which can make you
    reluctant to delegate sufficiently.
    • You can miss important details because you were too
    focused on the big picture.
    • You are very resourceful and can adapt quickly and
    easily.
    • Your decision-making style is a rapid and straightforward
    one.
    • You would rather focus on the big picture, not the details
which you can view as minutia.
    • You are adventuresome in trying new ideas and
    innovations.

Your score shows a moderately high score on the 'I'
spectrum. The comments below highlight some of the traits
specific to just your unique score.
    • You prefer to deal with people and get results with and
through them rather than by yourself.
    • You make an effective coach or counselor for others on
    the team.
    • You are talkative and express your opinions freely.
    • You prefer an environment with plenty of people contact.
    • You tend to be always ready to converse with a group,
even with people you've just met.
    • You tend to naturally trust others and their ideas.

Your score shows a very high score on the 'S' spectrum.
The comments below highlight some of the traits specific
    to just your unique score.
    • You're not great at letting things go (e.g., original
    decisions, long held beliefs, etc).
    • You dislike any personal conflicts or hostility of any kind.
    • You're always willing to help out in a pressure situation,
even if you don't really want to.
    • Even in the midst of chaos or high tensions, you are
usually very cool, calm, and serene (or at least you are
perceived as such on the outside).
    • You desire a high level of structure and order.
    • You are very loyal when it comes to existing operating
    procedures.

Your score shows a very low score on the 'C' spectrum.
The comments below highlight some of the traits specific
    to just your unique score.
    • You tend to have a great deal of conviction that your
direction is correct. You may even become stubborn
    about it.
    • Some might view how you make decisions as too
    arbitrary or not careful enough.
    • You like an environment that provides maximum
    independence and individual control.
    • You prefer varied activities, never a dull moment, and
will stir the pot to create change.
    • You are open to creating and trying new ideas and
procedures whether they're needed or not.
    • (e.g., "Let's get the job done now and quickly")

    Natural Style Pattern:
Your natural style is the way you tend to behave when you aren't thinking about it. This is where
you are most comfortable (natural). This is also the style you will revert back to when under
stress or moving too quickly to be consciously thinking about modifying your behavior. Finally,
this is the style you should seek to be true to in your daily roles. Being natural will return better
results with less effort and stress. The following statements are true to just your unique natural
    style:
    • Poised, confident, and very articulate in front of large or small groups.
    • Able to direct the actions of others on the team using both a charming influence and a firm
    delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
    • All plotting points in the score pattern indicate a very active agent who makes things happen,
and doesn't wait for things to happen.
    • The Lower S traits provide a high sense of urgency to get things done… now.
    • High level of decisiveness, coupled with high influencing skills. The Higher D and I traits
    are nearly tied.
    • Able to combine both direction of others and persuasion of others into a powerful skill of
inspiring others to reach their maximum potential.
    • Able to think quickly on your feet.
    • Will react, adjust, and modify your behavior in a variety of situations.

    Adaptive Style pattern:
This is the style of behavior you adapt to when you are conscious of your own behavior, when
you feel you are being observed or whenever you are trying to better fit a situation. This is not
a natural style for you, but still one of your two styles none the less. In other words, it is the
way you feel you "should" behave when thinking about it. The statements below are specific
    to your individual Adaptive style:
    • May want to seek specialized assignments that can capitalize on your social and
    motivational skills.
    • A moderate to higher risk taker, you may sometimes do the unexpected just to get attention,
    or create a surprise situation.
    • Motivated to be very well networked and you know a wide variety of people within the
profession. This can be of enormous benefit to the team or organization as additional
    contacts become necessary.
    • You prefer a favorable social environment rather than an antagonistic one, and will work
    to maintain the positive environment.
    • You are known for a great ability to meet others easily and readily, and are socially poised
in small or large group situations.
    • You show a high trust level in the ability of others on the team to carry out their responsibilities
    and commitments.
    • Able to generate team involvement through friendly conversation and gentle persuasion
of team members in a one-on-one manner.
    • You tend to have a moderate to higher sense of urgency, and you may become easily
bored by mundane or routine projects.
Very interesting, although the large disparity in stability scores surprised me.

According to the way it describes me, seems pretty fitting with the INTJ MBTI. Very decisive and interested in learning and gaining knowledge and understanding. Although, I think my D is probably a bit higher than most INTJs, up in the range that would seem more ENTJ. I do have a higher Te than most though, so that could explain it.

It would seem, according to the definitions, that a high C would indicate a low desire to change procedures and methods, so long as they work properly. You probably aren't very likely to make a bad decision, even if it does take you a while.

That is, assuming the accuracy of the disc.

Your D is 67, so you might want to check the profile for both High D and C as well as just High C.

I got high aesthetics and individualist, but yet it was because I didn't really relate with a lot of stuff. It there were other categories, it would have been A LOT lower.
