Pretty much; I would only change the whole shyness thing and maybe get some more judging up in there.

Why can't you judge yourself honestly? I have the other problem - trust myself more than others because most of the time other people are satisfied with part of the truth or just their truth.

Yes there are. Not everyone has the innate intelligence to be a world class doctor. Not everyone has the innate physical prowess to be a power lifter. Not everyone has the energy reserves or will to overcome block they experience. One can try, but there is only so far that you can go.
