I don't know. I don't cut off my thoughts though. Maybe I'm just feeling driven for likes and interests, and ignore my feelings when it hurts. It's kind of stupid. (I'm listening to upbeat music right now and when I took the test.)

An ENFP I know (or so he claims) says he only listens to chill and calm music only. I find that boring.

When writing, I do however sometimes skip thoughts when writing down when I thought I had made my points and written the further future sentence if that makes sense? Therefore, I would write more.

I feel so energized like being on the computer (doesn't make me wanna leave and I ignore all body pulses, hunger, thirst, until it gets pretty bad. or even I don't feel hungry at all) I only get "hungry" when I'm in just intense boredom.

This is one of the first enneagram tests I ever took several years ago. I think I've done it once or twice every year since then, and it has always given me 7w8 sx and the occasional 8w7 so, with 7, 8 and 3 consistently being in the top. Also coherent with the results of most other tests I've taken. Don't really get why I even take them anymore.
