Oops, I took the Big 5 one first and was wondering why all the questions dealt with behaviors instead of preferences. My opinion: it got more at what I've learned to do through years of dealing with conflict than what I prefer.

Whats the url for the type quiz on the site? Can't find it...

I was honest and it says that I am an ENTP.

I think I have a well-developed Ti & Fe.
However, I still am uncertain.

This test is a bit off to me.
I mean, I never scored sensing as high.
And I never had below 100% P before.

Quite often the questions could be intepreted in a few ways .
