I got reflective then redid the test and got achiever which isn't me at all so I'll stick with reflective for now but that doesn't sound like me either. The questions are limiting. Will post for interest.

Agreed with the first test, but with the second I actually relate a lot more to the "Honestly Expressive" description.

They're absolutely correct. These come so unnaturally to me, I have considerable improvement to do before they transform into habits.
