Heh - that was my thought as well. I saw the first page, and thought "um, they're blobs of color... what is there to have a preference on?" I did go ahead and try it.

I wound up with Creator - Persuader. Some of the creator descriptions were moderately okay (but probably not better than a random chance) - the stuff about independence, learning new things, and being creative was fine. But this:

Just... completely wrong. I mean, picking colors seems just totally arbitrary - in my case, I just didn't really even have a preference on most of the questions, so I didn't expect any sort of accuracy, but... I'm shocked that they consider this a "validated" (by whom?) "career testing instrument". I mean, I'm sure that some people (by random) will get responses that fir for them, but "validated"? I don't think so.
