I wound up with Creator - Persuader. Some of the creator descriptions were moderately okay (but probably not better than a random chance) - the stuff about independence, learning new things, and being creative was fine. But this:
Oh, just shoot me now. Advertising? Public relations? Interior decorating? Of all of the recommendations, not a single one is even moderately palatable.Suggested Creator workplaces are advertising, public relations, and interior decorating firms; artistic studios, theaters and concert halls; institutions that teach crafts, universities, music, and dance schools. Other workplaces to consider are art institutes, museums, libraries, and galleries.
And yet, the persuader description is actually a poorer fit for me. Especially this:
Just... completely wrong. I mean, picking colors seems just totally arbitrary - in my case, I just didn't really even have a preference on most of the questions, so I didn't expect any sort of accuracy, but... I'm shocked that they consider this a "validated" (by whom?) "career testing instrument". I mean, I'm sure that some people (by random) will get responses that fir for them, but "validated"? I don't think so.sell, persuade, and lead others. Positions of leadership, power, and status are usually their ultimate goal. Persuasive people like to take financial and interpersonal risks and to participate in competitive activities
