The Eyeballing Game

You just do what they tell you to do, and then your accuracy is measured.

Each task is done three times over, so try to stay patient.

I got 2.09. I'm going to assume a lot of low scores for you others, too.

I plowed. 7.45.

Your inaccuracy by category:

Parallelogram 38.9 5.8 6.1
Midpoint 7.0 4.1 4.0
Bisect angle 1.8 1.3 2.7
Triangle center 6.6 5.9 4.6
Circle center 1.4 0.0 2.2
Right angle 10.4 1.5 20.1
Convergence 8.5 16.2 7.3

Average error: 7.45 (lower is better)

As you can see, I didn't have a clue what I was doing for the first one. :)

4.60! Pretty cool. Those "find the point equidistant to the sides of the triangle" ones were hard.

(Second run: 3.59)
(Third run: 2.65) It gets easier.

I suck at convergence and finding the triangle center. My average was below three until I choked at the end!

I'm actually kind of surprised at the results.

Wouldn't this kind of thing be considered spatial? So... wouldn't N's excell at it a bit more?

I'm probably wrong somewhere in those questions.

I don't think eye-hand coordination is related to type. Mine is above average.

I averaged 2.93
I was averaging 2.32 after the first run-through, and then some distractions showed up throughout the subsequent sets. Maybe I'll try later for a better score.

EDIT: I tried again and got 2.48. That's enough for now.

I don't think eye-hand coordination is related to type.

Mmm, I was thinking more along the lines of figuring out what goes where, not necessarily the actual translation of that image on to the computer screen, it being dependent on the placement by your...hands or...something.

But I could easily see how there's no relevance, in some ways. I attribute my score to my experience with frequently straining my eyes to try and determine if something is centered, straight, and so on, to a large extent.
