I'm going to use my special INFJ powers to contact the hive mind and send out a message far and wide. In the spirit of Occupy Wallstreet or What Does the Fox Say? the message will be about inclusion and righting wrongs. We will mention and tag @calb as often as possible so that he never again feels sour about not being included. Because no one should ever have to be in that 1% of sour feeling, unincluded people. I'm just curious what were to happen if you were to hashtag a personal insult. If the mods removed it, would it remain in the list of hashes?

It appears that, like the early mention tag, the hashtag adds a blank after itself, like this:

    "Hello #Guest ." vs. "Hello #Guest ."

    Make it go away, please.

Is there a way to turn off thread tag notifications? I hate this thing. I see a notification, think I got an actual communication from a person, but nope, it's just someone poking at me to read their thread.
Never wrestle with a pig. You will get dirty and the pig will enjoy it.

Agreed. I would prefer to be "invited" to a thread by a mention.

    These are the options.

Thanks! I just hid tag alerts altogether, the nasty little things.

So far, the one thing I don't like about the hashtag feature is that listing things as #1 , #2 , etc. turns into a hashtag.
