I don't know why but I though Ventrilo was a medical procedure or something...

It's more like an illness or a condition than a cure or procedure.

Why couldn't it be a cool new drug instead?

apparently when people summon someone, it's not because they talk about them and they log in because subconsciously they think I have to be on vent. But rather someone talks to them on something else (I thought it was the former, so I tried to summon @Sinmara by talking about her)
    In no likes experiment.

    that is all

i dunno what else to say so

    Once you have logged in..

Join everyone in the CHAT window.

You can "Speak" to other users by selecting your audio hotkey.

You can also disable audio on ventrilo for those times you are watching tv, or getting some work done.

    Reconfiguring your global hotkey:

Sending a private chat:--- RIGHT CLICK ON USER NAME

One time configuration: When you are setting up your account, make sure to look at this.

Private bind between you and other users--- the most complex thing you'll have to do on ventrilo:
A private bind allows you to privately communicate with a select few, no matter what "room" you are in. No one else can hear your transmission other than the specified parties.
A bind allows you to set a key on your board for private communication; meaning that you can press the key with your finger to speak, rather than having to open up a private chat, and using your mouse to continuously press on a button.
It also allows you to simultaneously, and privately communicate with more than one person; this makes it a handy and unique feature.

    Timestamp log:

I apologize for the bad quality, as you can see, i did this on paint.

^ This is PERFECT! @highlander - this should be on the landing page for ventrillo, along with a similar one for how to install it once you want to start promoting it more.

Thank you, @YWIR! I added that to one of Patches' posts in the beginning of the thread.
