Default INTP/INTJ long distance relationships

Is an intp or intj capable of mantaining any sort of strong and meaningful long distance romantic relationship? It seems to me as if those types may be the least fit for it.

Of course. We do it all the time. I'm not sure I understand the question.

Wow. Four posts and you've already lived up to your username.

But a long term relationship? I'd say if you're over thirty, go for it, under thirty, give up.

Oh, go eat your lipstick and stop insulting me. And don't listen to him/her - they have bats in the belfry. In other words, never give up!

Why would people who live in their heads be the least suited for it? I'd expect this more of sensors, who are focused on the here and now physical world.

Yeah. INTx's are just about the only ones nerdy... I mean... dedicated... enough to pull it off.

I don't know, I belong to a forum full of what seems like SJ's of which approximately 50%met their mates online and they made a long distance relationship work.

I think INXX's would find it easiest, if they're not that into the person. God forbid you're actually in love, it'll just plain suck ass no matter what type you are.
