Thanks for your help, and thanks for the information.

A: I know, put I'll give you causes in the later segments.
B: INTP's love to debate.
C: INTP central became unnapealing because it was more conservative than a stereotypical ISTJ and more demeaning than an extremely physical ENTP.

Someone introduced me to this place. I enjoy message boards on occasion. I also enjoy periodic bewilderment at the MBTI system.

I've never been to INTPC. From the descriptive terminology used for the place, I feel that I might not like it. Besides, I'm not entirely interested in a single-type circle jerk.

Variety is cool & fun. It's also damn useful in the quest to understand yourself and others.

There are enough INTP's here not to feel out of place.

I do go over there from time to time though.

I like the variety and I've never been to INTPc but I think I probably wouldn't like it, a whole message board for INTP's....*shudders*

I came here from some comment on INTPc. This place just seems to have more variety of topics and different viewpoints. INTPc is interesting and I definitely consider perusing every so often useful/fun but it can't really keep my attention that well.

I occasionally go there but not too often and when I do I don't like to spend much time there. Its a nice break from this place but not much else.

Maybe if INTPc had a forum for its "new members", particularly if it had an "INTP only forum" for "new members" (and excluding veteran members i.e. not more than 500 posts) I would go there more often. As it stands now you have to wait 250 posts to get to the "INTP only forum". Whats the point, unless your avi got tits, the place its just a meaner/less considerate version of Typo C.

Maybe also a "Typo C member Only forum" in INTPc so we could discuss whats going on in there as well as having some peer support. A cave of sorts from the harsh tundra.

That site has an omnipresence of cliquishness, in the words of another, "a circle jerk".

There is no place to grow there, its mostly a waiting game of when will I get to be one of the head dicks. Its just a masochistic ride through the gauntlet.

Also one of the weird things I notice is when I post a thread there it seems to disappear, so if I have a hard time finding it (except via my own page) then I sure not many others will see it.

Also I learn from this cite. Its a good forum. I learn about the different types and how they interrelate. Except for the prudish censorship this place has (which messes with the experiment i.e. its not about taking personality pop quizs, its about how each MBTI type interrelates with each other and different types in a closed environment), it currently kicks INTPc ass (unless maybe your part or the center of there circle jerk)

The question should be not why aren't we there, but why in the hell would we go there in the first place. What are its benefits and what is the likelihood we would be recipient to those benefits.

Its like asking the Mexicans born in the USA 'why they don't go back to Mexico'.

Note: Reposted in INTPc, they prolly will hand my ass on platter for that.

It is a bit incestuous. If you think the cliques are bad now, you should've seen it in the past...........the masses huddled together in a group think mentality that took their cues from the Admin. Not all but at least half.
