Default INFP-style economics: give banks a big hug

Stocks surge on report of entity for bad debt: Financial News - Yahoo! Finance

I didn't have a chance to read the whole article because I'm at work (I'll read it when I get home) but the idea of an entity that would "absorb" banks' bad debt made me think of empathy, which made me think of INFPs. (Not that we have a monopoly on empathy but in the works I've read INFPs are closely linked to the concept.) Maybe the INFP personality style should be more involved in Wall Street so that when the Dow is feeling down we can just give it a big which will make everyone feel better and drive stock prices back up? What do you think?
