I'm not so sure I understand your perspective. I've never liked nature at all. When I was little, I used to draw pictures of a tree inside a circle with a cross through it (like a no smoking sign) that said "Destroy nature," and a picture of a computer with a checkmark next to it that said "Keep computers." I still pretty much feel that way.

The one time I was forced to go camping, I complained and whined the whole time about the lack of electronics, soap, climate control, and food choices. Needless to say, I never went again.

I guess I'm different from everyone here... I'm so uncomfortable with nature. It seems malicious to me.
