Has anyone seen this BBC series? It's a couple of years old and I haven't seen it but I got the entire 6 DVD series for $20 and I've started watching it.
In the little I've watched so far the first thing that moved me was when they talked about the endangered Amur leopard, now the rarest cat in the world. I've always heard about endangered species but I never knew JUST how endangered some of them were. Apparently, there are only 35-40 of them left and only 6 of those are females. So sad. We truly may see the end of their kind if they don't multiply rapidly or if they get poached. ![]() Here's a picture. It's beautiful cat with a thicker fluffier fur (I'm partial to fluffy cats) than most other leopards.

My parents have the series on DVD. Isn't there one called "Blue Planet" or something for the ocean life? They have that too. I haven't watched them but I've really been wanting to. I'd like to see it on blu-ray....

Sounds good
. However my parents live far away. I did see part of the series used at suncoast... If not that I'll try to watch a bit when I go home on leave in a couple weeks (if my little brother hasn't lost/ruined the discs yet).I'd really like to watch the ocean one especially.
