Thanks for the response, I've been going round and round with this for a while and can't seem to get an answer. Yeah definitely sensitive and 'ambiverted'. Depends on the day. I'm not quiet unless I'm with a whole bunch of new people or having anxiety really. It's taken me decades to let go of the 'everyone thinks I'm a weirdo' mindset 🤩
