[MBTI General] Most impressionable type?

There's already a "Most manipulative type" thread, but which type do you think is the most easily influenced? I'm inclined to think the extroverted types are more likely to be influenced, because they gain energy from outside factors, like other people. I've also noticed that a lot of the extroverts I know tend to "mirror" the people they're around -- in other words, adopt their moods and mannerisms -- whereas introverts are pretty much themselves no matter who they're with. This kind of makes sense; extroverts spend more time talking and engaging, and less time observing and reflecting. Introverts usually know themselves pretty well, because they spend more time in introspection. (These are general observations. I know there are exceptions.)

Also, do you think Ps are more impressionable than Js?

i don't agree with the extrovert/introvert part of what you're saying. i know some extroverts with very strong, set personalities that don't change, and some very impressionable introverts. especially ISFP&ISFJ.

The most easily influenced person I know is an INFP 9. IxFx 9s are probably most likely to take the path of least resistance.

Actually thinking about it now, she's probably more a super phobic 6. Phobic 6s could be easily influenced by those they've put their loyalty and trust into. 9s go with the flow but maintain internal consistence more.

The ISFP 9 I know is also the most easily influenced person, so yeah generally Fi 9s are the most immpersionable

oops i just made an edit after you quoted me but yes i could see this too though. phobic 6s and 9s share similar qualities too sometimes.
