I'm curious if this will work for anyone else. If you give the worst possible answers (you'd dislike anyone who answered that way) on the following personality test, then what type do you get: Free Jung Personality Test (similar to MBTI / Myers Briggs)? For example, if you think it's bad to say "I value being more attractive than others," then select 'Very Accurate' as the answer. If you don't see either choice as a bad or good answer, then select the middle option. Also, what type are you?

I went by the whole "this is what I would force myself to come off as in an interview and/or to be palatable to the most amount of people" to get this result:

Extroverted (E) 56% Introverted (I) 44%
Sensing (S) 59% Intuitive (N) 41%
Feeling (F) 85% Thinking (T) 15%
Judging (J) 93% Perceiving (P) 7%

I went by what I wouldn't show myself as at an interview to get this result:

Introverted (I) 64% Extroverted (E) 36%
Intuitive (N) 81% Sensing (S) 19%
Thinking (T) 88% Feeling (F) 12%
Perceiving (P) 104% Judging (J) -4%

And so I discovered it is possible to be the ultimate perceiver - 104%

Okay, this time I answered in a way that is less desirable to me (which I guess was more of the point of this exercise)

Introverted (I) 88% Extroverted (E) 12%
Sensing (S) 101% Intuitive (N) -1%
Feeling (F) 63% Thinking (T) 37%
Judging (J) 78% Perceiving (P) 22%

And this time answering honestly about me:

Extroverted (E) 64% Introverted (I) 36%
Intuitive (N) 77% Sensing (S) 23%
Thinking (T) 62% Feeling (F) 38%
Perceiving (P) 75% Judging (J) 25%

"But I really have no problem with ISFJs. One of my best friends is an ISFJ!"

Really, this is true....

But she would totally test as INFP on this test.....

I think a lot of SFJs first mistype as NFPs because of these tests. Seems to be a common pattern (but especially for ISFJs with INFP...probably the shared E9).

I was expecting I'd get ISTJ.

But in reality I think it's not SFJ qualities we find terrible, but qualities we falsely project onto SFJs.

According to this, I don't see eye-to-eye with ISFPs. But then, this is the first test that has ever given me ISTP when taken properly.

This is so funny. I answered everything according to traits I dislike most in people and got ISFP.

I've always said I don't get along with ISFPs. I've tried, but it's like shoving a square peg through a round hole. Nice to get some validation that it's a type thing. :p

ESFJ. Uhmm... I only know two ESFJs and we hardly ever agree on important stuff, and we fight a lot, but I have to say 90% of our arguments are (mostly) my fault.

Anyway, we are very different in a lot of ways, but I think they're good people. Maybe.
The ones I know are.

Funny, it's only one or two letters away from my own type and it's the type I'm most attracted to..

Pretty darn clear spread here, and my god I didn't think it was possible to get over 100%?! Makes sense when I get right down to it, but I honestly did not expect this as the result. I am not friends with any INTP's, and even aquaintence wise I don't think I currently know or connect with any. There is one guy I am "friends" with, mostly because he puts a lot of effort into doing things and being friends with me, but I have never considered him to be a friend. He is a cynical jerk, self-focused, oddly self sacrificing with a completely inabillity to discern whether someone is worth putting effort into or not, and callous disregard of others in a very unappolagetic way.

Considering what the forum population is like here, I wouldn't be surprised if I am the only one that gets INTP via this method .

What sets you apart?

I don't really believe in this though, intent matters.

When I took it trying to be honest about who I am I got this:

Extroverted (E) 53% Introverted (I) 47%
Intuitive (N) 67% Sensing (S) 33%
Feeling (F) 59% Thinking (T) 41%
