For me ENTJ would mean strategizing to the point that his followers had no other choices, but to count on his vision..
Nice point. I just used that tactic in a software development project with my team. The real "management" was oblivious of the technical & mathematical difficulties in this science-heavy project, so I did a prototype on my own and made the team to count on my expertise. Kinda stole the leadership. Well, at least things are heading the right way now. :D
