Are you enneagram type nine? If yes, then what is your MBTI type?

I am a 9, but still working on my INFP/ISFP divide.

    Can I vote for both?

No, there's only one choice allowed, but I don't think it matters much either way. Lots of INFPs and ISFPs are type 9.

I think I'm a nine but I have no clue as to my MBTI type. I've narrowed it down to INFJ, INFP, ISFJ, ISFP, or INTP.

Okay so here's something interesting. When I typed as ISFJ I also typed as an enneagram 6. I'm much happier in general now than I was at that time, and I no longer test ISFJ or 6, I test primarily INXP and 9. (I still suspect I may be a lazy J, but there's no chance in hell I'm an INTJ.) I wonder if my expression as an ISFJ and a 6 could be related to stress?

Ah! Well, I am an INXP who tests as a 9. Hmm. It might help decide if you identify with my personality, therefore.

Here's what I identify with with you--not into making waves on purpose, but not willing to buckle under if you have an opinion. But will put forth said opinion as politely as possible given the circumstances.

During times of stress 9's are supposed to act like sixes. I'm not too clear on how all that works, though.

That's awesome that there is an INFJ type 9. I never noticed an INFJ type 9 before. I want to marry a type 9 and an N type, and I also figured it'd be really good for me if I marry someone with some J. I wasn't sure if an NJ could turn out as type 9, though.

So far it seems type nines in general are introverted and really accommodating (see the Big Five or SLOAN for that).
