I've been with INFPs and known a fair number of them. They are crazy.

That's not a bad thing. I tend to enjoy them even when crazy, because they direct the craziness away from me.
I have a (new) blog here.

INFPs!!! definitely more emotionally reactive. Although, I guess INTPs can be crazy in the sense of being pretty isolated from reality?

If we're gonna get all stereotypey - INTPs are much more likely to be neurotic but as far as emotional nuttiness...c'mon Fi all the way. And by that I mean INFPs since as an ENFP I am soooooooooooo removed from this equation.

More stereotypes - INTPs might get some minimal grudging respect from society as the mad scientist/eccentric professor types but INFPs don't as the crazy cat lady/ homeless woman who talks to lamp posts/ town psychics.

People can dismiss Ti as at least "having a purpose" but Fi is just kooky and strange.

I think my brother is an xNFP. Today, he ran around the house holding a book behind his back yelling that it was chasing him. He's so crazy, weird is normal behavior for him.
I got my smile from the sunshine,
I got my tears from the rain.
I learned to dance when I saw a tiger prance,
And a peacock taught me to be vain.
A little owl in a tree so high,
He taught me how to wink my eye.
I learned to bill and coo from a turtledove,
And a grizzly bear taught me how to hug.
But the guy that lived two caves from me,
He taught me how to love.

    INFP's are openly crazy.

INTP's are the types that you go, oh they seem pretty pleasant and bright....right up until their anti matter generator sucks half the street away.
'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

Suppose a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?"
"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
    Piglet was comforted by this.
