T/F help describe how one sees the world and is motivated, but doesn't describe so well how one acts upon that perspective and motivation. The main differences between T and F in "badass" terms is that T is often "badass" by accident (unaware of the F overtones of a situation and just storming through), while F is usually only "badass" on purpose, intent upon giving a "badass" impression to the world.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

Lots can be. Neville Longbottom, for instance...(he's an F, don't you think?)

    I'm not, though. xp

There are plenty of F rockstars that warrant the badass label.

People should talk more abut MLK's opinions on the Vietnam War.

It's almost as if F acts with conscience and T doesn't. Remove the holier-than-thou stigma from conscience if you will.
