I'm a P. I like knowing the time, but knowing the time doesn't mean I'm good at gauging it or being on time.
    What she said.

Also, this might be age related rather than type related, with the younger ones doing without an analogue single function device.

One main drawback of wearing a watch is when you hold a mug of coffee in the same hand and decide to look at the time or someone asks you for the time

One would hope after doing that a time or two you'd learn to put the mug down first!

I LOVE wrist watches. This one I bought for university (winter '04) I still have, but I've not worn - namely thanks to use of time on the cellphone. I set it's alarm for 6:20am during the first term all the way back - and it still goes off at that time til now, lol.

Watches are uncomfortable so I don't wear them. I normally just go about not knowing the time or looking for clocks on walls/other people.

Always. I tend to feel anxious without some sort of time keeping device at hand, and I need one for work to fill out charts.

I feel naked without a watch as well. I put it on when I get up, and take it off when I go to bed. I just got a new one that has several alarm functions, stopwatch, timer, is solar powered, updates its time via radio signal, etc. etc. (I take my watches very seriously.)
