i'm introvert and can be an attention whore. i'm not all the time sometimes i'm not.

I am. I'm not always an extrovert, I am quite introverted most of the time (people think) but when the time comes or when I'm interested/engaged I'm on. I am always an attention whore, tho.

Many introverts are attention whore, they just usually prefer to think before actively seek attention.
