If you had to summarize all the good qualities of all the people you knew in real life of a particular type into one trait, what would it be.

If you don't know enough people in real life of a particular type, then don't mention the type.

Here are two examples from me:

INFPs - Lead lives congruent with their Ideals.
ISTJs - Dependable.

Does that make sense?

I am curious.

It would be more useful for me than the current lists of sthrengths I've found.

ESTJ: Can take care of boring details over and over and over, and do it well. When they know how to do something, they get it done quickly and efficiently. Have an easy time putting in needed work.

Pretending was their unifying strength?
I was trying to be concise. I actually meant to say the ability to set up their own alternate universe and live in complete denial of reality.

OH! GOOD qualities!

I missed that, too. :)

OK, revision:

ENTP - Hey, I've got a wild idea!
INTP - I know a rational solution
ENFP - Tell me your troubles
ISFJ - Yes, I can bring a casserole
ENTJ - I can tell what your problem is

OH! GOOD qualities!

I'm an INTJ. I don't see good qualities.

I don't believe you. ;)

Revision:

INTJ - I know that. They're information-gatherers. I've never been able to tell my INTJ friend something she didn't already know. Her ENTP husband confirms this view.

Well, no.

Would you say that about Ghandi? (definately INFP)
Or sister Helen Prejean? (definately domfi)
Or the rest of the admirable INFP's
