I approve of this test because it utilizes original creative product straight from the individual. I made sure that I used a paragraph of text from a paper I wrote with subject matter which strongly interested me which would genuinely reflect my personality.

I got INTP for one paper and ISTJ for another.

Wish I didn't delete the rest of the essays from my computer.

I used something I posted in my blog yesterday, about how I think other girls my age are necrophiles because they always watch depressing movies involving death. This is what the test said:

    1. iNtuition (67.1 %)
    2. Sensing (32.9 %)

    1. Feeling (96.1 %)
    2. Thinking (3.9 %)

    1. Introversion (97.4 %)
    2. Extraversion (2.6 %)

    1. Judging (70.9 %)
    2. Perceiving (29.1 %)

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.

I just don't understand how an online test can analyze someone's personality by looking at a text. If a real person watches it, okay, maybe that would work. But a computer? Do computers even notice what these things are about?

Ok, this test can be so easily cheated with. All you have to do is choose an excerpt that has certain kind of tonality and key words. I got the result above by using a text that is more analytical and uses less of the "feelery" words and expressions. I also tried an excerpt from one of my academic papers (analysis of a book and it's not some dry text either) and that gave me 99.6% Thinking. :rolli: By combining texts of different posts I've made here in the forum, I can get all kinds of "results". Fascinating to observe really.

    ^^^That chunk of text gave me INTP=54.0 %; 70.2 %; 95.2 %; 78.3 %

This is incredibly fascinating! Maybe it'd be more accurate if the test is used on several of your favorite papers and see if there's any similarity.

Yeah, I did a poem I wrote and got around 100% INFJ. Then I took an Art History essay I wrote and got ESFP.
