Not very often. I know a few particular NFPs who abuse emotional blackmail and guilt tripping in order to always have their feelings catered to , but I also have a good number of NFP friends and most of them don't generally do that kind of thing.
Hmmm....FJs are known for this behavior too.
Do feelers just kind of get on your nerves, Sim?

I guess being an Fe user I am probably biased toward identifying with the FJ form of this behavior more than the FP one.
So no, not really...there are probably more Ts that annoy me; it's just certain FPs that really drive me up the wall for Ti vs. Fi reasons.

I don't recall claiming that this behavior was exclusive to Fs. In fact I even pointed out that most NFPs I know don't do that, so I dunno how you guys got the idea that I said guilt tripping is a uniquely F behavior.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?
Now I'm left confused. Hungry too, thanks to Jeffster.
I don't even understand the difference between INFP Fi and ISFP Fi.
I really can't identify with the whole "jumping people once they've messed with my values" stuff.
I mean, I have my values. But they're MY values and nobody else's, so I don't expect others to follow "my" set of values. I just don't say anything because I don't usually see the purpose in it. I'm not looking to start a brawl, simply because someone stepped over my turf in that way.
I have this nagging feeling that I'm jumping into something way bigger than myself at the moment.
