Me: Why am I posting here?

Me2: Because you were fairly certain by the time you got here you'd have something funny to say.

    Me: But I don't.

Me2: I see that. It's 4pm, get out of bed.

Why are you talking to yourself?

    I don't know, I guess because I'm bored.

Did you really need a thread to tell you to talk to yourself?

No, I guess I'd probably start to do it anyways, but typing it out makes for some interesting variety.

You really believe that don't you...

    Yeah, pretty much.

    So sad...

No, like I said, just bored.

Why don't you do something productive then?

As you very well know, I don't have any money at the moment, so what I can do is somewhat restricted...

    Oh, yeah...

    Hey Tyrinth,

What the hell is going on in your avatar? It reminds me of some grim fairy tale cum blue lagoon...

Chaotic: You know you need to finish laundry, fix dinner, take care of the litterboxes, and water all the plants when you get home right?!
Harmony: Yeah, I know. That's not going to take long at all. There will be plenty of time, just chill.
Chaotic: OMG! You know when you get home you are going to want to "relax" for a minute which will turn into 30 minutes, and then you aren't going to want to do shit.
    Harmony: ....
Chaotic: See! You know I'm right!
Harmony: Whatever. If it doesn't get done, it doesn't get done. No need to sweat it.
Chaotic: No wonder it takes four days to do the laundry....
Harmony: It gets done, doesn't it? Does it matter how long it takes?

Me: This is an interesting subject, I was just thinking about something similar.

    Me2: What was that?

Me: That the quantification of behaviors leads to splits in the psyche.

    Me3: BOOOOOOORRRRRIIINNNGGG

    Me4: lol

    Me2: That is interesting.

Me5: But Me, wouldn't you say it is important to have some sort of basis on which to measure things?

    Me2: Good point.

Me: Yes, that is why it is important to have quantitative measurements and qualitative measurements, so that experience can be integrated holistically.

    Me3: I wanna fuuuck.

    Me4: Yeah! Fun!

Me5: Isn't that a bit too self-centered/in your head? What about intigration with others?

Me6: Yes, that's why it must be integrated affectively as well and why we/mes are ignoring 3 & 4 atm lol.

    Me: Precisely.

Me2: I get it! *goes off and gets busy about life*
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

It's twelve minutes to one in the morning. Why the hell aren't you asleep?
I have a headache, don't ask stupid questions.
    I hate that word.
    What word?
Stupid. It sounds so stupid. Ah! I said it! I hate myself.
    *Snicker* Lovely melodrama.
Why thank you. I'm glad someone finally appreciates my efforts.
    Oh I always appreciate you.
    Sarcasm. I see.
But your efforts! Don't go away sulking. I haven't finished appreciating them.
    Fuck off.
    *smile*
    Which one am I, anyway?
I dunno. Maybe if you'd labeled us...
But that would have impinged on my authenticity.
    Oh yea. That.

    Hehe...

Chaotic: Look at these, see, I told you the laundry wouldn't get done.
Harmony: Seriously, it's all right. It just needs put in the closet or dresser... It's not a big deal.
Chaotic: But it's cluttering up the house!
    Harmony: .... Chill.
    Chaotic: You are so frustrating.
Harmony: So doesn't that make you frustrating, too?
    Chaotic: .... Smarty pants.
    Harmony: Loooooove you.
