AD(H)D and Se or Ne?

Somewhere I read that someone associated AD(H)D with having a strong Se or Ne.
(If one assumes that there is something like AD(H)D, and that it is not only the characteristics of a certain personality).
I found it somewhat annoying that Keirsey associated AD(H)D only with SP temperament.
Do you think there would be a difference in ADD concerning people with Se versus people with Ne?
I know, this is kind of constructed (because the question rather hints at the fact that it is not a disorder but only personality characteric (namely Se and Ne)).
Do you somehow know what I am trying to ask?

Well, he didn't really "associate AD(H)D only with SP temperament." He said that AD(H)D is basically a fraud to attempt to control people's natural behavior with drugs, and that a lot of the behaviors that people want to suppress are very typical for those of the SP temperament.
