Default Is there a function or a mix of functions that is responsible for this...

I am not sure if this is MBTI related but here goes...

I have a friend who is basically always picking up on every little detail when we're together like every facial expression I make or every phrase I use and remembers it clearly sometime in the future. He reads me really well and calls me out on basically any little inconsistency in something I say. He can really get inside my head and when he feels like being annoying, he can either make me feel very self conscious by pointing out something I am doing or by telling me what I am thinking/feeling (..intuition?).

To me this looks like it could be Ne or Si but then also maybe Se so really I am confused.

Oh and he scored ENTJ once but I'm pretty sure at least like 2 of those letters are wrong.

yeah i can do what your friend does & i'm enfp . . . i just hold back 75% or more cuz it would hurt people too much . . . for example . . . i can tell who is sexually attracted to who . . . ALWAYS (like taboo stuff) & what hurts peoples feelings in the moment to a 'T'. when i was younger i would reveal what i saw a lot more & it scared people & hurt people.

my other enfp friend is like this too & we hate it . . . we wish we couldn't see so much . . . most of the time . . . does anyone really want to notice their 30 year old boyfriend being sexually attracted to his 15 year old sister??? it really sucks . . . i feel this is my most potent / powerful / unique gift . . . but it doesn't seem very useful or helpful . . . causes a lot of hurt for me . . . but i'm also able to detect sincerity / lying / sketchiness so that's good i suppose
