    1. What is your personality type?
INFP, 4w5, unsure of my enneagram subtype

    2. Are you male or female?
    Female.

    3. What country do you live in now?
    New Zealand.

    4. What cultural background are you?
Chinese. Boring boring boring. I want to be an exotic French girl drinking espresso in the halo of porcelain skin & dark hair.

    5. What religion are you? What religion is your family?
I am Atheist, my brothers agnosticism (INTP) through the inherent nature of a possibilities. We are for the most part a non-religious orientated family i.e. no churches, no forced beliefs from parents own religion (the Chinese culture is inherently embedded in Taoist beliefs & superstitions). I have leanings towards Buddhist philosophies. Almost the antithesis to my natural self (I am a pendulum of Fi emotional force), it really grounds my perspective at times when I most need it.

    Questions

    6. What career are you in or looking to be in?
I was an art student/graphic design major. In the mean time, I just want to go with the flow, i.e. I dropped out of school--it didn't feel right & in my case I think it was for the best, I want to explore the world independently while I felt school was a moratorium of teenagehood. Just doing it because it's the 'right' thing to do. I don't merge with structured environments well. i.e. I want to progress at my own pace irrespective of the progress my peers are at. i.e. I would be graduating at 21, eep! Such a big step in life.

As for Graphic Design, I originally went to art school to paint (everyone goes in to paint!) & found myself enamoured by the workings of design. It is not my natural inclinations to think in linear-orientated fields, but I love, love, the creative freedom & challenges it brings forth. I am a visual creature in general with a huge preoccupation with colour. There is something very real & beautiful in understanding/visualising/working in colour.

    7. What is your friendships like with both genders?
Equal. But I feel at ease with females more. I do not get on with alpha males or females whatsoever. I think they misconstrue me as timid & shy (which I am) and do not like my general soft demeanor. I find that very difficult to get along, possible rise of conflicts. Meep. I prefer femininity in men, metrosexuality etc. as I am abnormally feminine in nature, much more than the average female (I've found). I love pink, fairies, flowers etc.

    8. What paranoias do you have?
Being an utter failure in life. That I am an intelligent schmuck with no ounce of talent in my bones. That I will never be a published poet & those who view my poems as faux post-modernist diatribe (same as my art). That I am thoroughly ugly person. Inside & out.

Oh yes, folks, I am this neurotic.

    9. What are your vices?
I become lost in music & never a minute doing anything productive. I adore coffee, clothes & men far too much. I crush ferociously with incredible conviction, oh yes, I build them high.

    10. What are your fears?
    See paranoias.

    11. What is your relationship like with your parents? siblings (if you had any)?
They were never home, I was a very lonely & unsocialised child as a result.

    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public?
Open (or closed? I can never tell). Mostly shy, and therefore reserved by nature.

    13. How do you think people saw you in high school?
    Nerd. Goody-goody. Unfashionable.

    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general?
Eat pie (or cake, if you will).

    Questions

    6. What career are you in or looking to be in? What are you doing right now to help you achieve this career goal? I am currently a senior web designer at an online retailer of decorative plumbing and lighting products. I am heading back to school to get my teaching certification with the hopes of teaching photography/digital media in high school.

    7. What is your friendships like with both genders? How many good friends do you have and why are you friends with these people? I have a 50/50 mix of friends when it comes to gender, but only a handful of close friends. People who take the time to know me have to have a good understanding of how I think, so I find it is a rarity.

    8. What paranoias do you have? I don't have any paranoias really

    9. What are your vices? I probably drink too much beer, but I haven't seen any evidence that this is bad for anyone other than me as long as I stay home.

    10. What are your fears? I have a fear of very large objects (i.e. cruise ships, elephants, skyscrapers) and I am seriously terrified of balloons.

    11. What is your relationship like with your parents? siblings (if you had any)? My mother is one of my best friends. Very cool lady that busted her ass to take care of us through some really hard times. My dad is emotionally unavailable but is a decent guy. My brother and two sisters are awesome and still very involved with family even into adulthood.

    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public? I don't really express any emotion in public, and until I was asked this question I hadn't even noticed that. Something to think about I guess.

    13. How do you think people saw you in high school? How do you think people see you now? People saw me as a clique-less guy that would just float from social circle to social circle, observing people. Now, I think I am seen as a laid back guy who is pretty content with his lot in life.

    And finally....
    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general? This is an ever evolving topic in my life, but the one constant has been to keep learning how to be a better version of me, both for myself and the people I care about.

    Questions
    6. What career are you in or looking to be in? What are you doing right now to help you achieve this career goal?

I´m working for a tax accountant.

    7. What is your friendships like with both genders? How many good friends do you have and why are you friends with these people?

The only person I consider a close friend is female (ISTP) . I get along with both genders but I accutally prefer male friends.

    8. What paranoias do you have?

    None

    9. What are your vices?

I´m lazy and messy. Spend to much time in my head and not enough in the real world. My diet is very unbalanced but i love to eat

    10. What are your fears?

    To miss out on live

    11. What is your relationship like with your parents? siblings (if you had any)?

I always pittied my parents somewhat for having a child like me . They were both very warm, supportive and affictioned people. And never understud my need for independence and that too much hugging and stuff made me feel smothered.
I don´t think my ISFJ Mom will ever grasp the fact that I don´t have the same emotional needs she does. We love eachother but we are so fundamentally different. She is very fragile since my dad died and I wish I cound be more supportive but she needs more than I can give.
I could never typ my Dad but he was most likely an ESTJ or maybe an ENTJ, he seemed to grasp how my mind was working on the intellectual level, we altered between having meaingfull conversations and fighting like cats and dogs because of his traditional mindset but I knew I could count on him no matter what. My lack of ambition bothered him a lot. He was the most important person in my live despite our conflicts.
    No siblings

    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public?

Expressing emotions is not easy for me, but I´m working on it.

    13. How do you think people saw you in high school? How do you think people see you now?

Somebody I used to have classes with who became a friend later because of an other friend of mine once told me she thought I was a real geek before she got to know me better, and how shocked she was when she found out how incredibly lazy I was.
I was not much like the rest of my classmates. I hated parties and told them having a crush on a stranger who happens to be famous is stupid

    And finally....
    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general?

I have no idea, but I wish I had.

3a. What country do you live in now? US - Texas, which can sometimes seem like a foreign country to male INFPs

3b. What country were you born in? US - North Carolina

    4. What cultural background are you? American / Bible Belt / Conservative West Texas / Baptist

5a. What religion are you? Christian

5b. What religion is your family? Christian

    Questions
    6. What career are you in or looking to be in?
Been a computer programmer for 25 years, working with COBOL running in a UNIX environment.

7a. What is your friendships like with both genders? All my life from preschool until today, except for middle school and part of high school, my closest chums have been female. I have been discovering recently that most of these girls/women were/are the type that weren't girly-girls, most of them were Tomboys in childhood. In middle school I had two friends, both guys, and looking back I expect they were probably also INFP. Both friendships ended because their parents moved out of town. It took me a long time to get over the impact of being bullied by some/many of my male peers in high school. After I got out of college, I struggled with feelings of wanting to reject masculinity because I felt like masculinity had rejected me, but I could not figure out how to accomplish this without throwing myself out with the bath water. I have a few IRL male friends now, but with one or two exceptions, they are acquaintances at best.

7b. How many good friends do you have and why are you friends with these people? I don't know how many. It's not like I have a large network of close friends but I don't keep a count of them. I suppose the why a person is a friend is about whether I am able to be of benefit to them and visa/versa, and whether they reciprocate with acceptance.

    8. What paranoias do you have? I still have a residual mistrust of average guys. Part of me still expects to be rejected if I let them see the real core sensitive me.

11a. What is your relationship like with your parents? I was fairly close to my Mother, but I learned somewhere that I couldn't trust her with my deepest self. One comment that I remember hearing from her many times was, "Bill, I think maybe you imagined that." In response to telling her about some experience that I had, so I stopped sharing. My Father died a few years ago. What I remember of him was a feeling that I spent a lot of time with him, but he didn't spend a lot of time with me. It seems like he never quite figured me out. My wife agreed that he seemed to never quite be sure what to say to me. He was a man's man, and I'm not.

11b. siblings (if you had any)? [i]It took me a long time to forgive my brother for being himself. He questioned the things about me that made no sense to him, which evidently was just about everything, and I interpreted his questioning as rejection. That part was my fault I guess. I'm not certain what his type is. He is an obvious introvert. He is now a successful CPA.

My sister is five years my junior. We were never all that close as children. I managed to annoy her with my tendency to tap my foot to music that was playing in my head, when we spent long periods of time in the back seat of the car together. She is a gifted administrator, hyper organized, and I love her and I would do anything for her, but I'm not very close to her emotionally.

    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public? It depends upon who it is. I feel like I am usually very reserved and quiet, except when communicating one on one with people I feel comfortable with. I have been told in the past by NT friends both online and IRL that my type more probably should be INTP. They tell me this is because I am too logical to be an INFP

13a. How do you think people saw you in high school? I honestly don't know. Evidently I was perceived as weird, odd, peculiar, different. I lived very deep inside myself at the time. I remember feeling frustrated with guys because they would discuss their dates, and the things the girls said to them on their date, with each other. I felt deeply betrayed for the girl. You've got to watch that projection stuff. It can get you in trouble.

13b. How do you think people see you now? I guess that depends upon who you talk to. A couple of coworkers here have told me that I am really weird, after walking into my cubical when I not aware they are there, and observed me stepping through a program trying to learn it's logic. I do this out loud, and I often ask myself questions out loud, and sometimes intuition will answer, and I'll say, "oh, I see." I also have the reputation here of being the one that you take computer problems to that know one else has a clue of how to go about figuring out. I usually say, I don't have a clue, let me look at it, and intuition will figure it out as I am exploring the problem. Some think I'm a slob because of my horizontal filing system on my desk. I'm sure there are several that are just puzzled. My wife tells me that sometimes she is embarrassed to be with me because I have trouble sitting still. I need to have something moving almost all of the time. Some people tell me I give the best hugs of anyone they know.

    And finally....
    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general?
I love people. Behind the scenes interaction style describes me to a T. Something odd about me, I think. When I feel someone's vibe, my innate automatic response is to feel deep love for them. I love to encourage people, particularly people that I know where they are coming from. I love it when I get an opportunity to write encouragement upon a person's heart. I guess that makes me weird.

I hope all of this helps someone make sense of INFP.

    Philippines

    4. What cultural background are you?
    Filipino

    5. What religion are you? What religion is your family?
Self-declared Humanist / Unitarian Universalist. Mom is a bit fundamentally Catholic and Dad is a bit more loose.

    Questions
    6. What career are you in or looking to be in? What are you doing right now to help you achieve this career goal?
I haven't fully mapped this one out but based on my current skills, I may end up pretty good in taking a shot at technical writing, or psychology even, though I haven't taken up the actual degrees in college to realistically back them up.

    7. What is your friendships like with both genders? How many good friends do you have and why are you friends with these people?
I slightly prefer women over men. Preferably mature, intellectual, and has sense of ethics. Same applies to the make gender. The person doesn't need to have my spiritual inclination but I realize that I interact better with people who have certain knack for decency, may it be under a religious set-up or a more free-thinking liberal one.

    8. What paranoias do you have?
I have this tendency that I'm a laughingstock of some people I held with high regard.

    9. What are your vices?
I don't sleep on regular intervals, I don't eat a balanced diet, and an occasional tendency to procrastinate

    10. What are your fears?
Fear of not reaching self actualization (financial success taken into account) through achieving absolute freedom, or a level of freedom that I see fit.

    11. What is your relationship like with your parents? siblings (if you had any)?
I have no siblings. My relationship with my parents are ok, and the only legitimate potential weak spot is their tendency to overlook my need for independence and self-judgment. I feel that I was sheltered beyond comfort, potentially making it a hindrance in my future endeavors.

    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public?
I'm more outspoken, compared to the stereotypical emotionally-repressed Filpino male.

    13. How do you think people saw you in high school? How do you think people see you now?
I was a laughingstock back then, easily perceived as a mama'a boy, with mom being in the same school I'm studying. The image changed post high school, and I'm being viewed now as a rationalist, which can be considered an asset in itself because not a lot of my friends have developed this inclination to a degree comparable to mine.

    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general?
Reaching self-actualization is the end goal, in all the conceivable aspects of what I can realistically actualize.

    Dude, I'm a dude.
    3. What country do you live in now? What country are you born in?
Amerikkka where I was indeed born. If we don't elect someone with a clue, I'll be gone in a few years.
    4. What cultural background are you?
You know those guys who waste their lives smoking pot on the internet? Well a body-builder fused with one and made me.
    5. What religion are you? What religion is your family?
While I cannot be sure what really to CALL my belief structure, I can say I am supremely anti-christian. I am very sorry to any who have a problem with that, but we're about to nuke iran because they are pissed about allah because we did something because were pissed about jesus. I can't accept a belief system that makes it OK to commit mass genocide in the name of a "holy cleansing" And don't bother retorting this, I know some of you christians are good. The problem is you are a minority. Oh and my family is christian. A big reason for my beliefs too.

    Questions
    6. What career are you in or looking to be in? What are you doing right now to help you achieve this career goal?
    Patriarch of Earth.
    7. What is your friendships like with both genders? How many good friends do you have and why are you friends with these people?
I can form friendship easily, but due to my generosity it becomes easy for them to start using me. My friendship style is usually thus, that when we have an out and I stop talking to you, it bothers you because of the quality I bring to anything.
    8. What paranoias do you have?
We were made by aliens and are now targeted by another group of aliens who want earth for some retarded reason and hate us because of the amazing potential within the human body (to have the evolved brain of an ET and the amazing phisique of a primate)
    9. What are your vices? Pot, Anger, Porn.
    10. What are your fears? That I will never realize my potential and the world will plunge into total desolation solely because I failed at my mission.
    11. What is your relationship like with your parents? siblings (if you had any)?
I hate my parents for VERY specific reasons, no siblings only cousins, and I only like 1 of the 5.
    12. How are you with expressing emotion in public?
    Loud.
    13. How do you think people saw you in high school? How do you think people see you now?
I was the outcast freak no one really had any interest in. Now I'm the charismatic dickhead who needs a job and has WAY too much ambition.
    And finally....
    14. What do you see as the point to your life and life in general?
The meaning to life, is life. We exist only to perpetuate our existence. We are successes when we manage to use the life energy we were given to advance the human race. Be that in raising a fine child, inventing a break-through technology, discovering a cure for a disease, or convincing the world to take a more peaceful stance with everything.
Thanks all for looking at this and thank you for those of you who answered the questions.
You are welcome o potato-monster of the dark.
This is life. So go and have a ball. Because the world don't move to the beat of just one drum. What might be right for you may not be right for some. You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have...my opening statement. Sit, Ubu, sit. Good dog.
