Brother - ISFP

Cannot see any system here (except that bro#1 is = my father).

Being a 100% N person always made me feel like an alien in an otherwise "down-to-earth" family.

In my current family:
Husband - INTP
Daughter - INTP (from a previous relationship, her father is xNTP)
Daughter - ENFP (my husbands daughter)

Hmm... From tests I've given (never verified accuracy):

Mother: ISFP
Father: ESTP
Grandmother: ESFJ

I feel for you on being the only N. Question: Is your ESTJ brother the oldest? My oldest brother is the same type as my dad.

This is years of observation, but also actually MBTI testing for my mom and I. Been learning about MBTI for 15 years, so I'm confident that they are all correct.

Grandfather - INTP
Grandmother - ESFJ

Father's Parents Died when I was very young...so don't know.

Father's Sister - ESTJ
Uncle - ISFP
Male Cousin #1 - INTP
Female Cousin #2 - ISFJ

I've only tested my mother, cousins and --obviously-- myself. The others are based on speculation.

Father - XSFP (probably I, but so conforming that I can't tell when he's doing it to fit in or if he enjoys being in company)

Mother - ISTJ

Older brother - ESFP

Me - INTP

My position in the family swaps between Bearer of All Enlightment and Strange Space Alien, which makes for somewhat tenuous relationships (especially with my brother).

Edited to Add: And if you want to talk about an unhealthy Feeler/Thinker dynamic, you need only view my parents. My mother constantly appeals to my dad's logic to motivate him towards goals she thinks are important, while my father is too concerned about hurting others (including my mother) to truly assert his own way of doing things. It's utterly toxic.

My mom is an ESTJ.

Me (oldest): ENTJ :D
Bro: INTJ
Sis: ENFP

I haven't had any of them take any tests, but I'm just taking wild guesses.

  • Father: IxTP, I think (though he's much more mellow, now, but based on stories of his youth, I can see ENTP)
  • Mother: INFP or INFJ
  • Half-Brother: ISTP (he's analytical and good at math, but he's also more interested in building and practical stuff).

On my father's side, I also have five uncles, and I'm guessing that they are: ISTJ, ENFJ, ESTJ, INTJ, ISTP.

COOL
Of the ones I think I know:

My father = INTP, he fits the stereotype more so than myself.
My mother= ISFP
Older sister = INFP
Older brother = ISTP

Basically everyone is a introvert in my immediate family. My grandparents died or were dying by the time I was born. Everyone else who knows.

YOUR FAMILY!

Sunshine's:

Mom: INFJ
Dad: INTJ (An outgoing INTJ but still an INTJ)
Brother: ENFP
Other brother: ISTP
Sister: ESTP

I feel like I "get" my ISTP and INFJ family members the best. To a lesser extent I get my ENFP and INTJ fam. members. I get my ESTP sis the least. I get along really well with all of them. There's a special connection with my ISTP brother because we're just so similar. There's also a really special connection between me and my INFJ mother. I have the most fun with my ENFP brother and he's the only sibling that I really talk about "deep" stuff with on a regular basis. I really enjoy just being around my ESTP sister. Even just doing nothing with her is great.

That's a lot of S types.

indeed it is, you can imagine how an N might feel lost amongst so many S types. :) i love them all though, and they are great, just a little different.

mom-IxFJ (still not sure on the N and S, she'll sometimes act like an ISFJ and others like an INFJ)
dad-INTP (very much so, though wouldn't be suprised if he's an ISTP)
brother-EstP

this is all speculation.
