I enjoy Tool in small doses, and a good deal of Radiohead's work.
Who wants to try a bottle of merc's "Extroversion Olive Oil?"

Tool is great, but not my fav.
Currently submerged under an avalanche of books and paper work. I may come back up for air from time to time.

*I'm sure there is much overlap between INFJ and INFP. I gave the INFPs the artists my INFP sister likes that I don't.
A friend of mine is a lot into idm, he is an INTP.

**Official suggestion that there is no significant correlation between MBTI type and music preference***
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

    What do you think?
The gothic/industrial scene is largely IxxJ. The more experimental artists tend to be INFJs and the primitive ones ISTJ.

INTP: Linkin Park. It's INFP, but there's enough T for it to work.

No way. Go to INTPc and make a poll on how many of them like Linkin Park.

I don't have just one favorite band or artist. I like a little bit of everything.
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.

ENFPs: Rob Thomas, Colby Caillat, anything singer/songwriter
INTPs: Rush and its modern antecedents, and The Magnetic Fields, anything technically intricate
ENTPs: Southern Culture on the Skids (Dirt Track Date indeed!), Mojo Nixon, anything in which the band is about how big their dick is while also being clever...

...and don't tell anyone, but ENTPs will have a secret stash of Weird Al they get out for special occasions.
