There needs to be warnings for you guys somewhere, like,watch out...

dat guy's an E. don't get shot.

No warnings needed - you can hear my voice from miles away, that's enough of a warning usually ;)

E women should have deep voices so you can feel the vibrations if you're deaf.

Plus I always imagine the silent ones with a calm and not low pitched voice.

Yes. Very. But I don't act like it all the time. I might surprise you!

Very E doesn't have to mean very loud.

True. Like a chipmunk. Chatter chatter... you have to get your ear really close to them and then...ROOOOAAAR!! all of a sudden. Hehe. You're like :huh:

This is my definition of extreme extroversion;
start a conversation with anyone you see in the street (can you do this)
make a public speech criticizing the government and everyone is wathcing you
start a political rally
sell like mad and beat the company's sales quota by a large martign, asking anyone in the street to buy whatever you are selling
go to party at night everyday and make 100 acquitances each day
live in foreign country and learn a new language, and then switch to another one every hyear or so
never shut up

if you can do all of the above, i would call you an 100% extrovert
