Default A Good Resource on Instinctual Variants?

Instinctual variants is the one thing that I'm having trouble figuring out. I've read some brief descriptions on them on some websites, but it's not enough. Does anyone know of a good resource that dig deeper into the three variants and all of the combinations of them (ex. sx/sp, so/sp, etc)? I'm looking for something more indepth and that really explains what they are and the differences between them.

Thanks! The second one is especially helpful.

I've only watched part of this, and hope I get a chance to watch the rest tonight, but so far it's really interesting.
