Top loin pork chops

Fiery Thai peppers
Roasted red pepper hummus
Strawberries
Triscuit cracked pepper crackers
Blueberries
Jarlsberg cheese (lasts two weeks)
Nectarines
Moroccan/wild & brown rice pilaf
Havarti (lasts two weeks)
18 eggs
Tasty salsa to go with aforementioned eggs
1% milk (to make Chai with)
Strong black tea
Extra virgin olive oil

Monthly:
Dog food
Greenies (dog chew treat that helps with canine teeth)
A random new toy or two

The food was from this last week, with weekly variations on many things depending on what I want to make.

Spices I use:
Cinnamon
Curry
Cardamon
Ground black pepper
Sea salt
Italian mixture
Saffron
Turmeric
