Food pornography reigns on TV and in magazines.

TV has a never ending stream of Master Chefs and never ending cooking contests.

And magazines never tire of showing us beautiful, luscious images of food.

Food pornography is simply a reaction to anxiety or depression. And as anxiety and depression are rife in our societies, so food pornography is rife as well.

Why, the anxious or depressed are compulsively taking pictures of their food and posting the pictures to the internet.

I had a thing like that with beets for awhile! And also roasted Brussels sprouts. I don't have any right now. But I still love those foods.
