    Default tilapia

so I've decided to make coconut rice broccoli and tilapia one night. what would be in your opinion be to prepare the fish? I mean seasonings marinade and method. I usually do salt and lemon pepper and pan fry it but I don't see it going with the rice

    sounds good.

i'm allergic to fish, but blackened seasoning is usually yummy. it'll go well (since it's a little spicy) with the cool coconut rice.

A cast iron skillet works really well for that.
