Scrambled eggs have a curd? I've never heard of that. You know how to control the curd? This must be why so many diners screw them up! They make them flat and weird. They don't understand the correct curd.

Man, both of you are making me want some fluffy scrambled eggs, now.
I’ve got some pepper jack cheese I could top it with! :holy:

I am eating whole grain crackers, unflavored water, and an extra side of disappointment

Salad vendor near by - expensive but so worth the taste. Fresh ingredients. Mix of Mushroom Salad; herbs, lettuce, mushroom, tomatoes and coriander with New Zealand Mussels and Tabouli plus walnuts. Very little dressing but divine on the buds.

Handful of chopped walnuts. I don't like them. They taste bitter.
Some sour cherry juice, because it's supposed to be anti-inflammatory.
Olives
Beets
2 hardboiled eggs
