    Just had a most delicious post-hockey meal. Soba/buckwheat noodles with soybeans and stir-fried veggies, drizzled with spicy sesame soy sauce, and topped with golden runny yolk fried egg and chopped scallion...

    It really hits the spot with protein and complex carbs and savory salty deliciousnesssss...
