Toasted multigrain bagel, nonfat cream cheese.

Iced coffee I grabbed at Dunkin Donuts - [med] mint chocolate chip, black, shot of espresso, 4 splenda.
Added some almond milk to it when I got back to the house.

Probably gonna crack open a can of low-sodium V8 veggie juice.

Lamb kebobs with home made tzaziki and cabernet for our 1 year anniversary dinner. Aww.

An eggs benedict on hash browns, lightly buttered toast, a side of fruit, OJ, coffee, and water.

After a night out with some fine whiskey and an early yoga sesh this morning.

Finally made myself a salad this summer. You know what? Veggies are actually really good. I didn't realize raw red onions could be so sweet.

Sounds great! Just substitute yoga with weight lifting or running and I'd be happy.
