The rest of the pickled asparagus, complete with the vinegar & seasonings it was soaking in, plus sardines and peanut butter. Yum!

What it needs might be vinegar, since it was good with the asparagus vinegar. Let's try adding some ACV.

No, I added white wine vinegar. It's worse now. Quit before it gets disgusting, and just eat it.

Made a super chunky veggie marinara with whole grain pasta and pan seared greek chicken breast on the side.

Despite my nagging you internet strangers to eat your veggies, I've mostly been eating cheese sandwiches on English muffins for the past couple of days.

I think that's part of the reason I'm a little irritable at the moment.

Right now, I'm drinking a green smoothie made of cilantro, a carrot, and an apple, plus some added water.

I don't recommend the recipe for flavor or texture.
